What works, what has been tested, and what is still unknown

Kugel is functioning software under active development. This record separates visible publishing mechanisms, documented tests, implemented but commercially unproven components and strategic goals. It makes no claim of superior conversion or profitability.

Current evidence levels

Verified live · Governed publishing

The public site serves Platform-managed pages and documentation. The connected Platform exposes typed objects, validation, revision and publication controls.

Tested · Page-quality correction

The existing demonstration documents one controlled image-breakage test detected on phone and desktop and corrected. It is not a universal guarantee.

Built, but commercially unproven · Interaction and offers

Governed form definitions, page layouts and tracking configuration exist. Actual lead delivery, sales and attribution need distinct end-to-end verification.

Verification

How a stronger status is earned

  1. 1

    Name a specific claim

Record tenant, version, environment, audience and measurable behavior.

  2. 2

    Inspect contract and tests

Identify implementation and the conditions of actual successful checks.

  3. 3

    Confirm reader outcomes

Verify the released revision, visible route, important links and usable interactions.

What the receipts prove

Five different publication states

Five-state publication ladder: saved, exported, release requested, deployed and reader-verified
A saved object or export receipt does not establish that production deployed it. Reader verification is a separate check.

Important unverified areas

End-to-end campaign acquisition, network-to-sale attribution, payment and fulfillment, durable experiment learning, autonomous optimization and the planned economic feedback loop remain open proof points.

Interpreting historical numbers

Timing, cost and page-speed measurements belong to the dated publishing demonstration and its stated method. They are not current system-wide promises.
